Sam is the Head of Product - Designer & AI at Programa, a vertical B2B SaaS platform for the Architecture and Interior Design industry. He leads product strategy, AI, and execution across multiple concurrent teams and agents, turning ambiguous problem spaces into market-leading products and experiences. With over a decade of experience spanning corporate giants, creative agencies, and startups, Sam specialises in the messy 0-1 phase, and the exhilarating work of scaling from 1 to 10 - taking early traction and building it into something that wins. He’s obsessed with the product craft: compressing the feedback loop between vision and shipped outcomes, and pushing what 10x PM effectiveness actually looks like in practice. That means simultaneously steering a core platform serving thousands of studios and building an AI practice from the ground up - bridging what’s possible tomorrow with what ships today.
