Chi is a designer, writer, researcher, academic and creative polymath. Obsessed with design that puts experience first, she has helped everyone from hungry startups to global giants transform their business through design.  

With a career spanning almost 30 years and across nearly as many countries, Chi has designed digital and physical products, services, brands, events, physical spaces, processes, values, systems, learning experiences, rituals, models, methods and everything in between. Chi consistently practices, speaks about, teaches, writes about and studies design.  

Currently, Chi holds the position of National Design Director at PwC Australia, Design SME at RMIT University and a Higher Research Candidate at Torrens University.
