With 20 years of leadership experience across Australia and Europe, Michelle has worked in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and government—spanning start-ups to large enterprises. She's led teams of various sizes across these industries, embedding human-centred design practices at scale and as close to business decision-making as possible to drive cultural change in how businesses operate.

Michelle's expertise lies in CX transformation, strategy, and delivery, and as a trained teacher, she has a strong focus on building capabilities that drive impact. She's super passionate about the intersection of customer, technology, and design, creating meaningful value for people while setting new benchmarks for excellence.

She holds under-graduate degrees in Technology and Education, as well as a Master’s in Human-Centred Design. Outside of work, MIchelle is deeply involved in community sports, has a greyhound named Racer, loves travelling with family, and enjoys making clothes.
