Nicole’s experience is creating scalable digital analytics solutions across organisations and transitioning these into a model where digital data is trusted and informs the strategic direction across the digital experience.
Most recently, this has been within RACV’s Design & Digital Experience team where the Digital Analytics team has worked alongside Service and Strategic Design Capability, Digital Channel and Digital Product teams.
Nicole is also passionate about building and supporting strong and highly skilled teams who leverage a range of digital analytics and experience platforms where insights inform continuous improvement across the digital experience.
