Starting her career as an Instructional Designer after studying Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington, Nikki developed a range of multidisciplinary skills she uses when designing.

She has worked for Kiwibank, Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) NZ, ME Bank, and UsabilityHub, and her work has helped a wide range of audiences across customers, designers, researchers, and developers.

Nikki is passionate about delivering thoughtful and effortless experiences that delicately balance customer and business needs, and enjoys staying engaged with the design community in her spare time.
