Siva Kalyan is the CTO and cofounder of Sunflower AI, a startup providing easy-to-use, web-based live captioning and live translation for events of all sizes. 

His educational background is in mathematics and linguistics, and he has  published extensively on data visualisation methods. 

In addition, he has a lifelong passion for typography, and has conducted leading-edge research on computational methods in typeface design. Accessibility, ease of use, and intuitive design have been a common thread throughout his research and work.
