Tom is a Senior Product Designer from Melbourne. 

He has worked and studied in Australia, Asia and Europe. He is bilingual in English and (Brazilian) Portuguese, and a huge advocate for accessible, inclusive design and cross-culturally collaborative work environments. He is constantly working on improving design team culture and capability, and creating a more compassionate, welcoming workplace - particularly when it comes to being queer and neurodiverse.

In his spare time, he is a dance teacher and he also usually got about 3 other hobbies on the go as well!
