Peter Caddy leads Medibank’s Ventures Digital team, a startup-style accelerator focused on the rapid development, validation, and growth new and disruptive health propositions. 

With a background in design and customer experience, Peter has built and led teams across Product, Analytics, Delivery, Design & CX and Engineering – connecting strategy to execution through the design of value streams, team topologies and the systems of work that allow teams to self-organise around the customer and work as outcome-oriented, integrated product teams.
