Build Your Own GenAI Equity Partner

Kristin introduces an interactive design session focused on equity in AI. Participants will create a conceptual GenAI tool rooted in inclusive principles, learning how to embed equity-first thinking into machine-led interactions and digital services.

Format: Hands-on, learn by doing design session In this interactive workshop, participants will take the next step in turning ethics into action by designing their own custom GenAI Equity Partnera purpose-built CustomGPT that reflects their values, challenges bias, and promotes inclusive, transparent outcomes.

Workshop goals * Define your GenAI Equity Partner: mission, boundaries, behaviours, personality & tone, and principles.

* Use pre-prepared prompt chains for prototyping an ethical, inclusive GenAI Partner * Explore how to embed equity, fairness, and human-first design into GenAI outputs * Integrate your new team member into your working channels as an Assistant or even an Agent.
