Leadership immersive
Leadership that starts with you, and shapes what's next
As a product or design leader, you're solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity. Leading people in cross-functional environments demands emotional intelligence, influence without authority, and confidence in high-stakes moments.
This leadership immersive will help you to lead:
- From within: Build self-awareness and emotional regulation.
- With others: Influence across functions and navigate difficult conversations.
- What's next: Embrace change and shift from executor to strategist.
100 years of leadership expertise
Dale Carnegie brings over 100 years of applied leadership experience into their curriculum, and paired with our design and product leadership there's no better combination for you than our 3-day leadership immersive.
What you'll achieve from Leadership immersive
Real leadership skills for real-world challenges.
What you'll learn
This immersive three-day program focuses on leading self, leading others, and leading the future—equipping you with the mindset, skills, and tools to lead with clarity, courage, and influence.
Leadership and behavioural styles
Explore the intersection of leadership mindset and behavioural preferences, using behavioural profiling and foundational leadership principles to build greater self-awareness. Learn to recognise patterns in yourself and others, and develop the flexibility to adapt your style to improve relationships and team outcomes.
Response styles and triggers
Gain insight into emotional regulation through practical models like the Hot–Warm–Cool–Cold cycle and sensory filters. Understand how internal triggers influence your reactions and discover techniques for staying composed and responsive under pressure.
Agency of leadership
Clarify the difference between taking initiative and waiting for permission. Build confidence in your leadership presence by understanding when and how to step forward, take ownership, and drive accountability, regardless of formal authority.
Psychological safety
Learn what it takes to create a culture where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and be themselves. Grounded in Project Aristotle and Timothy R. Clark’s four-stage framework, this content supports leaders in building environments where innovation and trust can thrive.
Stakeholder engagement
Develop a strategic approach to managing stakeholder relationships by mapping influence, recognising emotional and commercial motivators, and using tools to close the gap between expectations and outcomes. Supports more intentional conversations and longer-term partnerships.
Influence without authority
Build influence through credibility, trust, and presence, not position. Leverage frameworks for power types, communication agility, and empathy to engage peers, clients, and senior leaders in ways that drive results without relying on hierarchy.
Storytelling in business
Learn to harness story as a leadership tool for influence, clarity, and action. Use structured storytelling frameworks like 90/5/5 and the Evidence Model to turn facts into memorable narratives that connect with people and shift perspectives.
Navigating difficult conversations
Step into high-stakes conversations with clarity and composure. Use structured approaches to deliver feedback, set expectations, and hold others accountable while protecting relationships and creating space for dialogue.
Change leadership
Understand the human side of change using the Kubler-Ross Curve and House of Change. Strengthen your ability to anticipate emotional responses, communicate effectively, and guide individuals and teams through transitions with confidence.
Leading through generational diversity
Tailor your leadership approach to engage a multi-generational workforce. Build awareness of generational drivers, values, and communication preferences, and use this knowledge to create inclusive, motivating environments.
Creative to strategic thinking
Bridge the gap between ideation and execution by learning how to move from creativity to strategy. Use innovation frameworks and decision-making tools to evaluate ideas, prioritise action, and think beyond the short term.
Building for the future
Focus on long-term impact by identifying the legacy you want to create. Set meaningful goals, clarify vision, and use planning frameworks to ensure today’s actions contribute to a future that’s worth leading into.
