Andrea is a design practitioner and researcher with over 13 years of experience in visual, UX, research, and service design. Her work is driven by strategic thinking and behavioral design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to create impactful solutions.

Currently, she is a Design Manager at REA Group (realestate.com.au), working with the AI team to shape the future of AI-driven experiences in real estate. She also leads AI education programs and training pilots for the REA community, helping teams navigate the evolving landscape of AI in design and product development.

Andrea is passionate about responsible AI—moving beyond the hype to design meaningful, trustworthy, and human-centered AI experiences.
