Andrew Millar has led product strategy for some of the world’s leading UX research tools and SaaS products; currently as Product Design Manager at Lyssna and previously as the Head of Design at Optimal Workshop. His background as the Experience Director of digital agency PaperKite saw him lead client engagements for brands including Coca-Cola and the All Blacks, as well as establishing new discovery and research practices for the organisation.
 
An empathetic people-person at heart, Andrew has a track record of growing high performing design teams with a strong culture of togetherness. When he doesn’t have his hands full with his high-energy toddler, he dedicates a lot of his time to mentor the next generation of emerging Designers.
