Chanho is a product designer at NAB, creating digital products that help technology fit into our lives — currently shaping seamless claim and payment experiences for Australian healthcare providers and patients. 

With a background in Marketing and Human-Computer Interaction, Chanho brings a deep understanding of human behaviour to craft meaningful, intuitive experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, and digital twins. He believes well-crafted design solves complex business problems but also builds trust and delivers moments of delight. 

Outside of work, Chanho enjoys anything thoughtfully designed, whether it’s architecture, music, fashion, or a good cup of coffee.
