Dr. Ronny Andrade Parra has over ten years of experience working on accessibility and inclusion. He holds a dual role at RMIT University as both Digital Accessibility Lead and Lecturer in Interaction, Technology and Information. 

Ronny drives systemic improvements on accessibility. He has led the inclusion of accessibility in the University’s design system and procurement policies. In his Lecturer role, Ronny explores accessibility in videogames. Ronny is also a member of the Disability Inclusion Advisory Group at Zoos Victoria and a non-executive director for the non-for-profit “The Observership Program.” 

Ronny is an immigrant with lived experience of disability.
