Emy is currently the Head of Design at Judo Bank.

Prior to that, she led the UX strategy at Redbubble, working to envision and bring to life a compelling and inspired marketplace for artists and designers across the globe.

Originally from Guatemala, where she was running her own digital consultancy, Emy moved to Australia in 2011 to help lead UX at Australia's largest online real estate company, REA Group (realestate.com.au).

Passionate about meaningful product development and shipping great design, her speciality lies in deploying light-weight experience strategies across fast-moving digital environments.

Outside of work, you will find her spending time with Sofia, her 4y/o daughter, lifting heavy weights, and reading about performance, social science and biology.

She also loves chocolate and have a weak spot for Disney books.
