Erietta is currently the head of UX at Stan and a design leader with experience across industries in UX, product development, and service design.

She follows a "servant leadership" philosophy and has consistently received ~95% management satisfaction ratings. She enjoys leading and learning from teams to build positive cultures based on trust, feedback, and continuous improvement.

She also prioritise customer needs to create a shared understanding of problems to be solved, helping cross-functional teams work together more effectively to deliver business impact.
