Frankie is currently the UX Practice Lead at WooliesX. 

She has a strong 18-year career in UX strategy, research and design. Her career has spanned roles in government, boutique UX agencies and large corporates. She has also enjoyed being part of large design teams in large corporates working on complex problems the most. 

Over the past 8 years, she has been a passionate design leader, mentor and coach for UX, Product Design, UI, Digital Design and Research teams.
