Homaxi has been in UX Design for 23 years, spending the early years on the tools and later developing her management skills. She spent the last 10+ years in leadership roles, most recently in a Group APAC role based in Asia. She has experience in many different organisation styles, as an independent consultant, working in agencies, as well as corporate/product companies. 

What Homaxi is best at is building, scaling and elevating UX research and design practices and teams to embed design thinking across the product development process. Her framework to ultimately deliver business growth rests on the foundation pillars of developing team talent/skills, robust and innovative practice, collaboration with internal partners, and education and advocacy with executives, 

She has also enjoyed developing and delivering formal training and education, and providing a continuous cycle of coaching to my teams and the design community.
