Joel works for Get Skilled Access as an Accessible Design Consultant where he specialises in assisting organisations to ensure their digital experiences are accessible to everyone. 

Joel has achondroplasia which is the most common type of dwarfism he can offer a unique perspective to the digital design landscape using his lived experience with a disability.
