Her career path has zigzagged through various landscapes—Complaints, Accessibility and inclusion, Customer Experience, and Brand and Communications—each step fuelling a belief that bringing diverse people together is where design greatness happens.

As someone who identifies as “blind, with just enough vision to be dangerous,” Kelly navigates the world with a blend of daring curiosity, good-humoured pointedness, and Velvet, her guide dog.
