Kimberley Kam is a product designer at NAB who took a leap from commerce into design after falling in love with the psychology behind how people make decisions. 

While studying behavioural economics, she became fascinated by how design could influence behaviour in subtle but powerful ways—and that curiosity never left. 

Today, she brings that same lens into her work, creating thoughtful, inclusive experiences that put people first. Kimberley is especially passionate about the intersection of technology and human connection, and how digital interfaces shape the way we live, work, and feel. She’s all about designing with empathy, intention, and a spark of curiosity.
