Humanity First! Ming loves creating spaces where people can express their needs and find alignment. His pragmatic creativity stems from connecting the dots across multiple domains and framing the required changes in ways that people can relate to and are comfortable with. 

Ming has led change resistant organisations to adopt Human Centred Design and has nurtured HCD teams at start-ups, multinationals and in government, across the seven countries that he has lived in. 

At the social enterprise he co-founded, Ming designed the Human Minute that was sought by 100,000s of people desiring authentic human connection across the Internet. 

Ming finds joy in creating connection: in meetings, workshops and when dancing in person or online.
