Pete is a design leader with a passion for the fintech industry. 

He is currently Senior Design Manager at Block, where he leads an international team of designers that specialise in merchant-facing financial products. Focused on optimising the science of product innovation, Pete is committed to creating meaningful solutions across Square, Afterpay and Cash App.  

Pete is instrumental in developing several award-winning products and services. Most recently, his team took home the “Innovation Award” and “Publisher of the Year” at Rakuten Golden Link Awards for their outstanding work on Afterpay Ads and Affiliates platform.
