Sarah is a Design Leader at Atlassian, where she applies 20 years of experience in digital human-centred design, team and capability building, facilitation, strategic and design thinking to create engaging and impactful products and services for our customers.

Her mission is to bring people, teams, and businesses closer to their desired future through coaching, creativity, and servant leadership. 

Sarah has a Masters in Business Coaching and offers coaching for performance, progression, design thinking, and creativity to individuals and organizations. I also speak and run workshops on topics such as empathy, listening, cognitive bias, feedback, and building self-awareness.
