Previously Global Head of Data @ Chanel, Sathya is a leader, entrepreneur, speaker and community organiser.  

Between Sydney, Chicago and London, she built her career in audit, data and transformation across organisations like Deloitte, HSBC, Sainsburys and Barclays. 

Now she runs her business True Change, enabling organisations to drive inclusive culture change using data and storytelling. Sathya provides consulting and upskilling around data, cross-cultural working and inclusion, delivers impactful speaking engagements, leadership and coaching programmes for diverse workforces. 

Sathya embraces her lived experience, a Sri Lankan Tamil woman born in Singapore, growing up in Sydney and living in London. She runs a global community empowering women of colour (My Skin My Story), is a UN Women volunteer and board member.
