Steph’s design career has spanned diverse disciplines and organisations. Beginning with French curves and bromide cameras, she has grown alongside the industry to now lead during an era fundamentally transforming how designers design. Steph is deeply invested in helping design teams and the businesses they support realise the value that design promises. 

As the Head of Strategic and Service Design (Acting) at ANZ, she leads a fantastic team of designers tackling complex experience challenges. She firmly believes that creative doing and problem-solving are critical to business outcomes and make it one of the best jobs in the world.
