Sue is a multidisciplinary designer, researcher, strategist, and deep thinker with a focus on sustainability, social innovation, and transformation across different scales in both the public and private sectors. Her passion lies in integrating elements from various practices and cross-cultural contexts to develop a profound understanding of human behaviour and the systemic context surrounding it. She explores new horizons with the people she works with through rigorous research, systems thinking, and meaningful collaborations.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Research Advisor at the Climateworks Centre, where she applies her strategic design and research skills to help shape the research practice while encouraging teams to ask the right questions. This approach drives impactful, purpose-led outcomes for climate resilience.
