Neuroscientist turned Product Designer, Taryn is transforming the treasury process at Macquarie Group whilst championing accessibility, scaling maturity and building out design systems.

Commencing their career in neuroscience, their passion for understanding human behaviour led them to financial services where they worked in various roles in customer service, business risk and change management. 

After identifying product design lay at the intersection of their experience and interests, they pivoted. 

Since then they have worked on building accessible, scalable and usable design solutions at Atlassian, B2C startups, and Macquarie Group.
