Tim is currently the co-founder of Time Under Tension, Australia's first generative AI experience agency, established in early 2023. The agency is at the forefront of helping businesses understand and leverage the rapidly evolving technology of generative AI. 

Before venturing into the realm of generative AI, Tim launched Summon, an online automotive startup. His entrepreneurial journey in the digital space began in 1997 when he co-founded a digital design agency. Over 18 years, the agency, Reactive, grew into one of Australia's largest privately-owned digital agencies, culminating in its acquisition by Accenture Interactive. Following the acquisition, Tim contributed his expertise as a Managing Director at Accenture Interactive for three years.
