Vivian is a product designer passionate about the intersection of design, business, and human behavior. Specialising in growth and experimentation, she leverages data-driven methods to showcase the business impact of design. Vivian's background in marketing and startups has deepened her understanding of customer behavior, which she applies to her design craft.

Beyond her role, Vivian has hosted a podcast interviewing 30 founders about building and scaling products. She has also founded design communities in Sydney. Through her talks, she empowers designers to build confidence and influence by connecting design to business outcomes.
